(Andalucia Improvisers Orchestra) and belongs to the FOCO Orchestra in Madrid, and to the London Improvisers Orchestra. Alonso leads the
Spanish based ensembles: Uz, winds jazz trio, and Sin Red.
Albert Kaul resides in Marburg, Germany. Kaul is the founder of the "Grisette-Orchester". PhD with a doctoral thesis
that discussed theories for teaching musical improvisation. He wrote the Musikalische Bildung der Differenz, A music-teaching model.
His present research is a project analysing and developing working structures for children improvising in various group formations.
This duo gathers different musical traditions (free jazz, contemporary music and folk ). In The Reliable Uncertainty they reach beyond
simple connections between stereotypes and clichés of musical styles, and instead find great pleasure in the confrontations between
traditions that at first appear to be musical misfits but integrate themselves into a cohesive performance.
